These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Beta365 platform and its users. By using the Beta365 website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.

• Each person may register only one account — multiple accounts under the same name, mobile number, or device are not permitted.

• Keep your registered mobile number and email active — they are used for verification and communication.

Beta365 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No one under the age of 18 may use this platform. If a false date of birth is provided during registration, the account will be closed at the time of verification and no balance will be refunded.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a mandatory part of Beta365's security and legal compliance. KYC is required in the following situations:

• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on opposing outcomes across platforms to guarantee a profit.
• Participation in match-fixing or any form of illegal activity.
• Depositing or betting using funds from a third party.
• Any attempt to hack the Beta365 system, deploy malware, or manipulate the platform through technical means.

Beta365 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• For breaching any provision of the Terms.
• If KYC verification is refused or false information is provided.
• If suspicious or unusual activity is detected on the account.
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.

Members may close their account at any time. Your real money balance will be returned, but any bonus balance will be forfeited.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time.
• You can take a temporary break (from 1 day up to 6 months) — your account will be inaccessible for the duration.
• To request permanent Self-Exclusion, contact Beta365 support — your account will be permanently deactivated.
• Beta365 encourages members to seek professional help if they experience problem gambling.
